After my long run last night, I wasn't feeling another 3 miler this morning...so I did one mile on the treadmill and then 20 minutes on the elliptical instead...still cross training, still fine. And, I know that I'll be back on the treadmill tomorrow for my hill work out.
Here's my workout for the week:
Tuesday: 7X400 hills
Wed: 3 miles plus weights
Thurs: 45 minute tempo run
Fri: rest
Sat: 3 miles
Sun: 90 minutes
Miles Run today: 1
Total Miles Run for 2010: 407
