I've been a TOTAL slacker with updating!!! didn't do my 6 miles this past weekend...a ski trip to New Hampshire kind of threw me off my running course..but at least I was still getting a work out!! My legs and throat were still sore yesterday..so I'm finally back at it today. I tried to do a few .25 laps at 7.6 to 7.8 mph to increase my speed. Then cooled down for about .25 miles between 6.3 and 6.5.

Total Miles Run for 2010: 74.75

February 13/14th- Skied 4 hours- cross training.
