I ran an 8 minute mile today!!! I only had 20 minutes before my Total Body Conditioning class so I warmed up for 5 minutes (1/2 a mile) and then decided to push myself for the last mile before class and see how quickly I could run a mile. I did it in 8 minutes exactly! Eat that Mr. Miller!! (elementary school teacher who made us run the mile....in which I typically clocked between 11 and 13 minutes...swell!)

Tomorrow I'm going to take a yoga class in the morning and then I'll run either Saturday or Sunday this weekend.
