Day One: Back to the daily gym grind. BUT..it feels good. Got up at 6:15...gym by 7:30...worked out until 8:55
Ran 3 miles today. Got a side sticker near the end of my run which sucked but I was able to run most of it. I also did some intervals (ran 2 minutes, walked 1)
did some abs and arms
