I did an interval run that was in my fitness magazine this morning. I decided to do it on a whim..but it was great!! I ran for real fast spurts between 7.2 and 7.7 miles per hour for 30 seconds. Followed by a fast walk at 4.3 mph for 1 minute. I didn't run that far but I sure got my metabolism up!
Miles Run today: 2.75
Total Miles Run for 2010: 20.75
That means i've done 20 miles in 20 weeks! A good start to my 2010, I'd say!

Did a quick 2 miles to warm up for my Total Body Conditioning Class
