Ran in Central Park with Meghan this morning. I was feeling sluggish again, but it was still a good run and it was GORGEOUS outside today.

Lifted weights for half an hour after:
Regular arm curls            12 10Lb.       3 sets of 12
tricep over the head         10LB.           3 sets of 12
Back work on ball            5 LB.           3 sets of 12
arm raise on ball              10 LB.          3 sets of 12
push ups                         body weight   3 sets of 12

Side plank on extended arm, 20 seconds on each side, 2 sets.

What I decided today: I'M WEAK!

Miles Run today: 4.5  
Total Miles Run for 2010: 372.5
