I really wanted to do 5 miles today and had every intention of doing so..but I realllly had to pee this morning for some reason and decided to do 10 minutes on the stairmaster instead of running the last 10 minutes. I like that it's a little something different than my body is used to doing and also helping build leg muscle which I need. Pretty easy gym day.
