Did a good speed run today. I warmed up for 5 minutes at 6.0mph, then went into an interval training of 7 400 meter runs at 7.8 or 8.0 mph each. with a .15 or .25 walk at 4.3 mph in-between each speed drill. By the end...I had run 3.5 miles. Could have done another half mile to round it out to 4 but I wanted time to lift some weights. My legs are reallllly feeling it this week. I can tell I'm majorly working my muscles, and I can feel them getting more tone. (not tone yet..just MORE tone..sheesh)
