Lazy today..but planning to do a workout video when I go home tonight! Here's what I did the past week:
Tuesday Nov. 30th:
Hardcore interval training again today..amaaaazing workout. But it really kept me hungry all day! Did some free weights after for 30 minutes.

Black Friday: 6 miles on the elliptical
Thanksgiving: 6 miles on the elliptical
