Great day today!! Ran outside...wanted to do more than 4 miles, but really wanted to have time to do abs. So, ran 4 miles, then did 15-20 minutes of abs.

Wednesday:
Ran for one mile, then did free weights and leg exercises for about 40 minutes.

Total Miles Run for 2010: 607.7
Tuesday- I did 45 minutes of spinning..it was intense. But Brittany's Circus album got me through it!
