My foot hurt me a lot this week, so I took it easy. I had my 2nd group training session today, which was actually a personal session because the other guy was on a business trip. It was great!

I love this:
9-5-2-1-0 Zip Code to Your Health.”  On the back it broke down the zip code for kids. 
  • 9 – Get 9 hours of sleep each night.
  • 5 – Eat 5 fruits and vegetables every day.
  • 2 – No more than 2 hours of screen time a day.
  • 1 – Exercise at least 1 hour each day.
  • 0 – 0 sugary drinks!
