Starting January off right

Yesterday, I did a 45 minute cardio workout from P90X

Breakfast:
1 banana with 1 Tblsp Almond Butter and 1 Tblsp. wheat germ:
Lunch: 1 salmon burger on top of black beans and roasted corn, 1 navel orange, and 5 crackers

Then I had a Trader Joe chocolate Chunk bar after work because I was teaching really late. Little did I know, the mother of the boys I teach offered me a freshly made butterscotch brownie and I was not going to turn that down. Good news though: I didn't eat dessert after dinner, which I probably would have had I not had the brownie.

Dinner: Huge salad with chopped up green beans, carrots, hearts of palms, feta cheese and walnuts with drizzled balsamic vinegar and olive oil
